CHOCO ICE CREAM CUPS


Ingredients:

2 cups grated red color chocolate blocks
2 cups red color chocolate blocks, grated
2 cups grated white chocolate
2 cups grated bittersweet chocolate
2 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC STRAWBERRY
2 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
2 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC CHOCOLATE
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled and whipped
2 tbsp candy sprinkles

Procedure:

  1. Melt chocolates in separate bowls. Let cool slightly. Brush melted chocolate on the bottom and sides of 1 oz muffin paper cups to form chocolate cups. Let set.
  2. Peel off muffin paper cups. Place 1 scoop of ice cream per cup. Top with whipped cream and candy sprinkles. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
