CHINESE STYLE TACOS


Ingredients:

1 (425g) pack PUREFOODS HEAT AND EAT LECHON KAWALI, cooked according to package directions
12 pc taco shell, store bought
1 (150g) pc cucumber, sliced thinly lengthwise
1 (150g) pc carrots, peeled, sliced thinly lengthwise
1 (50g) pc onion leeks, sliced thinly lengthwise
1 (500g) bottle char siu sauce
5 g cilantro leaves

Procedure:

  1. Chop cooked pork into thin slices.
  2. Arrange tacos on a plate. Fill shell with 1 to 2 tablespoons of cucumber, carrots, and onion leeks. Top with slices of lechon kawali and char sui sauce. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
