Chinese-style Fried Rice


  1. In a wok, heat margarine and hibe. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add half of green onions, salt and pepper then add rice and mix well.
  3. Make a well in the center of the rice mixture and add egg. Let cook until almost set then gently scramble.
  4. Put sesame oil. Mix for a few seconds more. Transfer to a plate. Top with green onions.

Makes 4 servings.
