CHINESE-STYLE FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

1 (100 g) tub STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 (81 g) cup hibe (dried shrimps), washed, soaked in water for 15 minutes then drained
3 (45 g) bundles green onions, chopped (reserve half for topping)
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
6 cups cooked rice
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1 tsp sesame oil

Procedure:

  1. In a wok, heat margarine and hibe. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add half of green onions, salt and pepper then add rice and mix well.
  3. Make a well in the center of the rice mixture and add egg. Let cook until almost set then gently scramble.
  4. Add sesame oil. Mix well. Transfer to a plate. Top with green onions.

Makes 7 servings.
