Makes 5 servings.
- Preheat oven toaster to 350°F.
- Spread every tablespoon of chili con carne on slices of French bread and top with hotdog slices and another tablespoon of chili con carne.
- Top with chopped onions then grated cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts and bread turns crisp.
