CHILI CON TACO SALAD


Ingredients:

2 (150 g) packs nacho chips
1 (50 g) head lettuce, shredded
1 (50 g) pc onion, chopped
3 (150 g) pc tomatoes, chopped
1 (500 g) pack COOK EXPRESS CHILI CON CARNE, reheat according to package instructions
1/4 (60 g) cup MAGNOLIA CHEESE SAUCE
1/4 (57.5 g) cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 (10 g) stalk cilantro (wansoy), leaves chopped (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Arrange nacho chips in a platter.
  2. Arrange lettuce, onion, and tomatoes.
  3. Pour chili con carne. Drizzle with cheese sauce and mayonnaise and then top with wansoy.

Makes 8 servings.
(Yield: 8 cups/ 1 cup per serving)
