CHILI CON RICE BAKE


Ingredients:

4 cups cooked rice
1 cup MAGNOLIA FOOD SERVICE CHEESE SAUCE
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 cup MAGNOLIA MOZZARELLA CHEESE, grated
1 (500 g) pack COOK EXPRESS CHILI CON CARNE
1 (27 g) pack coarsely crushed BBQ or cheese flavored corn chips
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves option

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, cheese sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. In an 8x5x2 inch ovenproof tray, add half of rice mixture and half of chilli con carne. Top with half of grated cheese. Repeat layering.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted and bubbling. Top with corn chips and coriander leaves before serving.

Makes 8 servings

Yield: 6 cups/3/4 cup per serving
