Chili Chicken



  1. Combine flour and cornstarch then dredge chicken pieces until well covered.
  2. Deep-fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. In a pan, melt margarine then add chilli pepper flakes and cayenne.
  4. Toss in fried chicken last minute until well coated with margarine mixture. Serve with extra sauce on the side.

Makes 3-4 servings.
