CHILI CHICKEN


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GINGER
2 cups GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL, for deep-frying
1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 tbsp chili pepper flakes
1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Procedure:

 
  1. Combine flour and cornstarch then dredge chicken pieces until well covered.
  2. Deep-fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. In a pan, melt margarine then add chilli pepper flakes and cayenne.
  4. Toss in fried chicken last minute until well coated with margarine mixture. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
Makes 3-4 servings. (Yield: 9 pc)
