CHICKEN TINOLA


Ingredients:

1 pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GINGER
2 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
4 cups water
1 pc green papaya, peeled then sliced
1 bundle sili leaves
1 tbsp fish sauce

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, brown chicken in hot oil.
  2. Add water and papaya. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes or until papaya is almost tender.
  3. Add sili leaves. Simmer once. Season with patis.

Makes 3-5 servings.
