CHICKEN TERIYAKI SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 pack (500 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS TERIYAKI, drained
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
5 pc ciabatta, split
5 pc (25 g) lettuce leaves
1 pc (120 g) salad tomato, sliced into 10 pc
1/2 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA MILKY WHITE CHEDDAR, sliced into 15 pc

Procedure:

  1. Heat olive oil and sauté chicken until cooked through. Cool a bit and then mix with mayonnaise. Set aside.
  2. On bottom half of bread, arrange lettuce, tomatoes, chicken mixture and cheese. Cover with remaining bread to make sandwiches.

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 5 sandwiches (1-1/4 cups mixture)/1 sandwich per serving)
