CHICKEN STRIPS EXPRESS


Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pack MAGNOLIA SMART PACK CHICKEN BREASTS, cut into strips
1 tsp calamansi juice
dash of iodized fine salt and pepper
1 cup cooking oil
1 pack chicken breading
4 cloves garlic
1 (90 g) pc onion
2 tbsp bottled alamang guisado
1 (400 g) can coconut milk
6 pcs fresh siling haba

Procedure:

  1. Marinate chicken in calamansi, salt and pepper for 15 mins.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Dip each chicken strip in breading then deep fry. Set aside.
  3. In another wok with 2 tbsp used. Sauté garlic and onion. Add alamang, coconut milk and siling haba.
  4. Cover and bring to boil. Add fried chicken strips. Transfer to platter and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
