Ingredients:

2 | tbsp | chopped onion |
1 | cup | boiled and flaked MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLET |
2 | tbsp | patis |
6 | cups | chicken stock |
50 | grams | sotanghon noodles, soaked in water |
2 | tbsp | chopped green onions |
1 | tbsp | toasted garlic |
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion then add flaked chicken and cook over moderate heat. Add patis and mix well. 2. Pour chicken stock and boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add sotanghon noodles. Season to taste and serve topped with spring onions and garlic. Tip: The secret to a great soup is a flavorful stock. Add carrots and leafy greens to make it a complete meal. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
