CHICKEN SALAD BURGERS


Ingredients:

2 pc (200 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS , each cut in half
3 tbsp cooking oil
4 pc hamburger buns, split
1 cup (75 g) mixed greens or any greens available

Dressing

3 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
3 tbsp orange marmalade

Chicken Rub

1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, mix mayo and orange marmalade. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix the rub ingredients.
3. Add chicken and massage rub mixture well. Cover and chill for at least 15-30 minutes.
4. In a large frying pan, heat oil and pan-fry chicken until golden brown. Drain chicken on paper towels.
5. Arrange hamburger buns on a plate and top with chicken.
6. Add mixed greens on top and drizzle with dressing. 

Makes 4 servings.
