CHICKEN KATSU SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

1 (500g) pack PUREFOODS CRISP 'N JUICY CHICKEN KATSU, cooked according to package directions
14 pc sliced bread, crusts removed
1/2 cup Dijon mustard

Cabbage Mixture:

1 (80g) head cabbage, cored and shredded thinly
4-5 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. On one side of bread, spread Dijon mustard.
  3. On half of bread slices, arrange cabbage mixture and then drizzle with katsu sauce from pack. Top with chicken katsu and cover with remaining bread slices.

 

Makes 7 servings

(Yield: 7 pc of sandwiches/ 1 sandwich per serving)
