CHICKEN KATSU SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose dressing
1 cup store-bought tonkatsu sauce
8 pc sliced white bread, cut into two
16 pc PUREFOODS FUN STUFF BACON AND CHEESE NUGGETS, fried
3 pc lettuce leaves

Procedure:

  1. Mix all purpose dressing and tonkatsu sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Spread dressing mixture on 1 side of the bread then top with lettuce leaves and a piece of nugget. Cover with another slice of bread. Secure with toothpick.

Makes 16 pieces.
