CHICKEN EGGPLANT SISIG


Ingredients:

2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS SIZZLING DELIGHTS CHICKEN SISIG
1/4 kg eggplants, chopped into small cubes
1/2 cup water

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, melt margarine over medium heat.
  2. Mix in sisig and eggplant.
  3. Add water and cook until eggplant softens.

Makes 5 servings.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups
