CHICKEN CHEEZEE SPREAD


Ingredients:

2 (150 g each) cans PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH, drained
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 (40 g) stalk celery, chopped (1/4 cup)
2 tbsp pickle relish, drained
1 (30 g) pc onion, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice (about 1/4 pc lemon)
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
  2. Serve with crackers, bread or as salad topping/inclusion.

Makes about 3 cups
