CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS


Ingredients:

1 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION LOLLIPOPS
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup (120 g) MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups cooking oil, for deep-frying
1 cup (313 g) BBQ sauce, placed in a squeeze bottle
1 pack (220 mL) MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE

Procedure:

  1. Line chicken lollipops in a tray. Season each chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour until well coated.
  2. Deep-fry chicken lollipops until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Place chicken in desired serving plate and drizzle with barbecue sauce and mayonnaise.

Makes 6-8 servings.
