Chicken Basil Panini


  1. Heat oil in  a pan. Sauté garlic and onion. Add tomatoes and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. Add basil leaves and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
  2. Split ciabatta in half. Brush with margarine. Fill ciabatta with prepared chicken mixture. Top with grated cheese. Cover with other half of bun and grill until bread is toasted and cheese melts. Slice sandwich in half.

Makes 4 servings.
