CHEESY NAPOLITAN SPAGHETTI


Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
1 (75 g) pc green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 (198 g) can button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
4 pc STAR SWEET HAM, sliced into cubes
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 kg spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
5 tbsp water
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR

Procedure:

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and ham in oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 5 servings.

Tip/s:

 

  •     Use macaroni, penne or linguine as alternatives to spaghetti noodles.
