CHEEZEE WAFFLE POPS


Ingredients:

1 (400 g0 pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX, mix according to package directions
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
1/3 cup red and green sprinkles

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine pancake and waffle mix and half of grated cheese. Mix until batter is free from lumps and set aside.
  2. In a greased hot waffle iron, add 11/3 cup of batter in the middle. Cook for 2-1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Cut in half and stick two popsicle sticks in the middle. Repeat with the remaining batter
  3. When waffles are cool, coat one side with dark chocolate and sprinkle with remaining cheese and sprinkles. Set aside or chill until chocolate has set.

Makes 16 servings

(Yield: 8 waffles/ 16 waffle pops)
