CHEEZEE POPPERS


Ingredients:

1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1/2 tsp Spanish paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten, reserve 1 pc and beat the rest
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, paprika, thyme, pepper and 1 egg. Mix well. Using your hands, press mixture and form into 1 inch balls.
  2. Dredge balls in flour then dip in beaten eggs. Coat with breadcrumbs. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Deep-fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Serve.

Makes 4 servings (12 pieces).
