CHEEZEE MAC N' NUGGETS


Ingredients:

100 grams macaroni, cooked per package directions
2 (235 g) each packs MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS FUNSTUFF NUGGETS
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, slightly beaten
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
2 cups MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL

Procedure:

1. Place cooked macaroni in a bowl and mix with cheese.

2. Place about a tablespoonful of the macaroni mixture on a chicken nugget. Carefully dredge in flour then dip in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.

3. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve while still warm.

Makes 3 servings.

Tip: To make homemade breadcrumbs, place torn slices of bread in a food processor or blender to crumb bread evenly.
