|2||pc||MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, slightly beaten|
|1||cup||Japanese bread crumbs|
|2||cups||MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL|
1. Place cooked macaroni in a bowl and mix with cheese.
2. Place about a tablespoonful of the macaroni mixture on a chicken nugget. Carefully dredge in flour then dip in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve while still warm.
Makes 3 servings.
Tip: To make homemade breadcrumbs, place torn slices of bread in a food processor or blender to crumb bread evenly.
