CHEEZEE GRILLED CHICKEN TORTILLA ROLLS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil for brushing grill pan
1/4 cup (23 g) STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1/2 kg (4 pc) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS
4 pc 6-inch flour tortillas
8 pc (40 g) lettuce leaves
1 pc (100 g) carrot, cut into strips
1/4 pc (50 g) cucumber, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR

Procedure:

  1. Preheat grill pan and brush with oil.
  2. Brush chicken with 1 tbsp margarine then grill until cooked through. Slice chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Lay each flour tortilla on a plate then top with 2 lettuce leaves, carrots, cucumber and chicken strips then drizzle with cheese. Fold the bottom part of the tortilla then roll the sides to resemble a cone.

Makes 4 servings.
