CHEESY YANG CHOW FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

100 g frozen mixed vegetables
1 pc chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
4 cups left over rice
2-1/2 cups MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Sauté mixed vegetables and bouillon cube in oil over medium heat.
  2. Add rice and cheese and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 5 c yang chow fried rice / 1 c yang chow fried rice per serving)
