Ingredients:

1 cup + 1 | tbsp | MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR |
1 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG |
2 | cups | cooking oil |
1-1/2 | cups | breadcrumbs |
1 | pc (100 g) | carrot, grated |
2 | tbsp | MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED |
1 | cup | MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK |
2 | tbsp | MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD |
1/2 | pc (75 g) | lemon, juice squeezed (2 tbsp) |
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine kare-kare, flour, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, and grated carrot. Mix well.
2. Form every 2 tbsp of mixture into balls and dredge in remaining breadcrumbs.
3. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
4. To make dipping sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and sprinkle flour while stirring until mixture becomes pasty. Add milk, while stirring, until mixture is well blended. Add cheese spread and lemon juice. Let simmer, stirring continuously, until sauce slightly thickens.
5. Serve with fried patty balls.
