CHEESY SISIG BOMB


Ingredients:

1 (250 g) can PUREFOODS SIZZLING DELIGHTS SISIG
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE, grated
20 (150 g) pc chili fingers, slit lengthwise
12 pc lumpia wrappers
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
1 (475 mL) bottle MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL

Procedure:

  1. Combine sisig with grated cheese. Fill chilli fingers with mixture.
  2. Wrap chilli fingers with lumpia wrapper then seal with egg. Fry in oil. Best served with garlic aioli.
Makes 12 servings.
