CHEESY PAN DE BACON


Ingredients:

12 slices PUREFOODS HONEYCURED BACON
6 pc large KAMBAL PANDESAL
1/4 cup pineapple jam
6 slices salad tomatoes
6 slices MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Pan-fry bacon until crisp. Set aside.
  2. Slice pandesal into two.
  3. Spread pineapple jam on split side of the bread and top with cheese, tomatoes and bacon.
  4. Toast in the oven or oven toaster set at 350°F until cheese melts and bread turns golden.

Makes 6 servings.
