CHEESY PAN DE BACON


Ingredients:

1 pack (400 g) PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
7 pc large pandesal, split
1/3 cup (85 g) pineapple jam
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, sliced into 14
1 pc (60 g) salad tomato, sliced into 7

Procedure:

  1. Pan-fry bacon in its own oil until crisp. Blot out excess oil and set aside.
  2. Spread pineapple jam on split side of the bread and top with cheese, tomatoes and bacon.
  3. Toast in the oven or oven toaster set at 350°F until cheese softens and bread turns golden.

Makes 7 servings.
