CHEESY MANGO FLOAT


Ingredients:

1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled
1/2 pack MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
1 (300 mL) can condensed milk
2(200 g each) packs graham crackers
2 pc ripe mangoes, thinly sliced

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cream, cream cheese, and condensed milk.
  2. Lay graham crackers on the bottom of a square glass dish. Pour about 1/3 portion of cream mixture and spread out. Arrange 1/3 portion of mango slices. Repeat procedure to form 3 layers.
  3. Crush remaining graham crackers and sprinkle on top layer. Chill before serving.

Makes 9-12 servings.
