CHEESY MANGO FLOAT
|1 (250 mL)
|| MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM, chilled
|| MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
|1 (300 mL)
|| condensed milk
|2(200 g each)
|| LA PACITA GRAHAM CRACKERS
|| ripe mangoes, thinly sliced
- In a bowl, whisk together cream, cream cheese, and condensed milk.
- Lay graham crackers on the bottom of a square glass dish. Pour about 1/3 portion of cream mixture and spread out. Arrange 1/3 portion of mango slices. Repeat procedure to form 3 layers.
- Crush remaining graham crackers and sprinkle on top layer. Chill before serving.
Makes 9-12 servings.
