CHEESY HONEY-GARLIC PORK CHOPS


Ingredients:

1/2 (5 pc) kg MONTEREY PORK CHOPS
3/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
10 cloves garlic, crushed
10 cloves garlic
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1 tsp paprika
1/2 (of 165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated (1/2 cup)

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven or turbo broiler to 350°F.
  2. Rub pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic and honey.
  3. Arrange in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until pork is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Makes 5 servings.
