Ingredients:
1 | pc | store bought 10-inch pizza crust |
1/4 | cup (60 g) | pizza sauce |
30 | grams (1/4 cup) | MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, cubed |
30 | grams (1/4 cup) | MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE MILKY WHITE, cubed |
60 | grams (1/2 cup) | MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated |
1 | head (52 g) | garlic, peeled |
1/2 | cup | olive oil |
Procedure:
1. To make garlic confit, in a sauce pan, combine garlic and olive oil. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes until garlic is tender. Set aside to cool.
2. On pizza crust, spread pizza sauce evenly.
3. Sprinkle cheeses on top and arrange garlic.
4. Bake in a preheated oven set to 375oF for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
