CHEESY CORNED BEEF RICE BALLS


Ingredients:

1 can (210 g) PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF, drained
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, mashed
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup (120 g) MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 pc (100 g) MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 cup (65 g) Japanese breadcrumbs
2 cups cooking oil

Procedure:

1. Combine corned beef and cheese and form every 4 tsp into small balls. Set aside.
2. Form every 1/3 cup of rice into balls and insert cheese ball mixture.
3. Dredge rice balls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs. 
4. Arrange on a tray/container and freeze for at least an hour. 
5. Fry balls frozen. Serve with ketchup, if desired. 

Makes 13 pieces.
