Ingredients:
1 | tbsp | cooking oil |
1 | pc (100 g) | onion, chopped |
1 | can (210 g) | PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF |
8 | pc | store-bought flour tortillas |
1 | pack (160 g) | MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated |
Procedure:
1. In a sauté pan, heat oil and sauté onion and corned beef. Set aside.
2. Arrange 3 flour tortillas on a plate. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of corned beef on each tortilla surface.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and then cover with remaining tortillas to form quesadillas.
4. Heat a non-stick pan and pan toast quesadillas one by one until light brown on both sides.
5. Cool slightly and cut into quarters before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
