CHEESY CORNED BEEF QUESADILLA

Procedure:
- In a sauté pan, heat oil in over medium fire and sauté onions and corned beef. Set aside.
- Prepare 3 tortillas on a plate. Place every 2-3 tablespoon of corned beef in the middle of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with another tortilla.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pan-grill tortillas until light brown. Cut into quarters before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
