CHEESY CORN DIP


Ingredients:

1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1 pc (80 g) white onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 pc (60 g) red bell pepper, chopped (1/4 cup)
2 stalks (20 g) green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cups (340 g) canned whole corn kernels, drained
1 pack (235 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
1/4 cup (58 g) MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp (0.2 g) cayenne pepper

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a pan then sauté onions, bell peppers, green onions and garlic.
  2. Add corn kernels and continue to sauté until corn caramelizes.
  3. Turn off heat and stir in cheese and mayonnaise.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.

Makes 3 cups of spread.
