CHEESY CHICKEN POUTINE


Ingredients:

1 (475 mL) bottle cooking oil
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS CHICKEN POPCORN NUGGETS
1 (250 g) pack frozen French fries
1 (300 g) pc yellow or orange kamote, boiled and mashed
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepot and fry chicken popcorn until golden brown. Drain on paper towels then set aside.
  2. In the same pot, fry French fries until cooked. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. On a serving plate or shallow bowl, layer half of fries, mashed kamote and chicken popcorn. Repeat layer then drizzle with cheezee squeeze. Serve.
Makes 5 servings.
