CHEESY CHICKEN POPCORN RICE


Ingredients:

4 cups cooked rice
1 cup frozen corn and carrots
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS CHICKEN POPCORN NUGGETS, cooked according to package directions, keep flavor pack
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, combine cooked rice, chicken popcorn flavor pack, corn and carrots. Mix well and keep warm over low heat.
  2. Transfer rice to a platter then top with chicken popcorn and generously drizzle with cheese.

Makes 5 servings. Tip/s:

  • Turn this rice meal spicy by replacing corn and carrots with kimchi.
  • Option to serve bento style to appeal to kids.
