Ingredients:
1/2 | kg (12 pc) | MAGNOLIA CHEESY CHICKEN FINGERS |
2 | cups | cooking oil |
1 | tbsp (9 g) | toasted sesame seeds |
1 | bundle (10 g) | green onion, chopped |
2 | tbsp | DARI CREME BUTTERMILK |
1/4 | cup (76 g) | Gojuchang sauce |
1 | tbsp | soy sauce |
4 | cloves | garlic, finely crushed |
1 | thumb (15 g) | ginger, grated |
2 | tbsp | rice wine |
1 | tbsp | cane vinegar |
1/4 | cup | water |
Procedure:
1. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
2. Meantime, fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
3. Gently toss chicken fingers into sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion just before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
