CHEESY CHICKEN FINGERS DOG WITH BACON & MUSHROOMS


Ingredients:

1 pack (450 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS CHEESY CHICKEN FINGERS, cooked according to package directions (10 pc)
5 pc hotdog bun, split
1/4 cup (64 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
1/4 cup (50 g) sliced button mushrooms
1/4 cup (55 g) PUREFOODS BACON CRUMBLE, cooked according to package directions

Procedure:

1. Warm cheese sauce in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Meanwhile, arrange hotdog buns on a plate and place 2 pc of chicken fingers in each bun.
2. Slather cheese sauce on chicken fingers, and then top with 5 pc sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle bacon on top.
 
Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 5 sandwiches/1 sandwich per serving)

Note/s:

  • Add toasted garlic for additional crunch.
  • Include thinly sliced vegetables as topping such as carrots and lettuce or add some coleslaw. 
  • Explore other breads like pandesal and foccacia.
