CHEESY BACON DOG CREPES


Ingredients:

Filling

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS BACON CLASSIC HONEYCURED, thinly sliced
4 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC, halved and thinly sliced
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp water

Crepes

1 cup cake flour, sifted
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Cheese Sauce

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/4 cup green peas

Procedure:

  1. Combine bacon, hotdog and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Sauté onions in oil until tender and add bacon-hotdog mixture. Mix well and season with pepper. Add water and allow cook until bacon and hotdogs are cooked. Set aside to cool.
  3. Crepes: Combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth. Pour every 1/4 cup of batter into lightly greased non-stick pan and cook until crepes form.
  4. Cheese Sauce: Combine all ingredients then set aside.
  5. Lay one crepe and generously top with bacon-hotdog mixture and cover with another crepe. Repeat layering until all bacon-hotdog mixture has been consumed. Pour cheese sauce before serving.
