CHEESEBURGER WITH COLESLAW


Ingredients:

1/2 cup (115 g) MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 cup (65.5 g) banana ketchup
1 tbsp (15 g) pickle relish
1 pc (173 g) cabbage, shredded
8 pc burger buns, toasted
1 pack (400 g) CHEF’S SELECTION VALUE BEEF BURGER PATTIES, cooked according to package directions
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, sliced into 24

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup and pickle relish to make dressing. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, make coleslaw by mixing 2 tbsp of dressing with cabbage. Set aside.
  3. Spread dressing on bottom half of buns. Add burgers, cheese, and coleslaw. Cover with remaining half of buns to make sandwiches. Serve.

Makes 8 servings.
(Yield: 8 sandwiches/1 sandwich per serving)

Note/s:

  • Cook frozen value beef burger patties in a lightly oiled and heated pan for 2 minutes on each side.
