CHEESE TUNA SAVORY PANCAKES


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) box MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS, batter prepared according to package directions
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 (180 g) can tuna in vegetable oil, drained
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 cup store bought BBQ sauce
1 tbsp chopped seasoned nori seaweed

Procedure:

  1. Combine pancake batter with cheese, cabbage and tuna. Mix well.
  2. On a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour every 1/4 cup of pancake mixture and cook until bubbles form on top. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
  3. Serve pancakes drizzled with BBQ sauce and mayonnaise then top with nori.

Makes 8 servings.

(Yield: 8 pc)

Tip/s:

  • Add some shredded kani for color and additional flavour.
  • Cabbage can be substituted with pechay Baguio, toge or spinach. Green onions may also be added.
