CHEESE POLVORON


Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup BAKER'S BEST MARGARINE, melted
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE

Procedure:

  1. Toast flour until light brown. Remove from heat and add powdered milk and sugar. Mix well until blended. Add melted butter and grated cheese.
  2. Pack mixture in polvoron molder. Chill for 30 minutes before wrapping in cellophane.

Makes 50 pieces.
