CHEESE POLVORON


Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups powdered milk
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup DARI CREAM CLASSIC, melted
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated

Procedure:

  1. Toast flour in pan until light brown in color. Remove from heat, and then add powdered milk and sugar. Mix well until blended. Add melted margarine and grated cheese.
  2. Pack mixture in polvoron molder. Chill for 30 minutes before wrapping in cellophane.

Makes 50 pieces
