CHEESE JELLY & FRUIT MEDLEY
|| MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
|| unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
|1 (185 g)
|| MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, diced
|1 (432 g)
|| fruit cocktail, drained and chilled
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, put water, cream, sugar and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Add gelatin mixture, stirring constantly until dissolved.
- Remove from fire and add cheese. Mix well.
- Pour mixture in a rectangular pan. Cool and leave to set. Chill.
- Cut into cubes and add chilled fruits. Chill until ready to serve.
Makes 5-6 servings.
