CHEESE JELLY & FRUIT MEDLEY


Ingredients:

1 cup water
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
1 (185 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, diced
1 (432 g) can fruit cocktail, drained and chilled

Procedure:

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, put water, cream, sugar and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Add gelatin mixture, stirring constantly until dissolved.
  2. Remove from fire and add cheese. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture in a rectangular pan. Cool and leave to set. Chill.
  4. Cut into cubes and add chilled fruits. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 5-6 servings.
