Ingredients:
1/2 | cup | STAR MARGARINE GARLIC |
1 | pc (100 g) | white onion, sliced |
1 | thumb (20 g) | ginger, grated |
1 | pc (50 g) | red bell pepper, diced |
1 (50 g) | pc (50 g) | green bell pepper, diced |
1/4 | kg | MONTEREY GROUND PORK |
150 | g | shrimp, peeled and sliced |
1/4 | cup | soy sauce |
1 pack | (100 g) | frozen mixed vegetables |
5 | cups | cooked rice |
4 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, cooked omelette style then chopped |
1/2 | tsp | iodized fine salt |
1/4 | cup | sesame oil |
Procedure:
1. Melt margarine and saute onion and ginger until onion is tender.
2. Add bell peppers, pork and shrimps. Season with soy sauce. Cook until meat and shrimps are cooked through. Add frozen veggies and cook for a minute.
3. Add rice, eggs, and sesame oil. Season with salt. Mix well. Seve hot.
Makes 7 servings.
