CAYENNE HOT CHICKEN


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions
5 slices white bread, toasted
10 pc sliced pickles

CAYENNE PASTE:

1 cup cooking oil
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Spanish paprika

Procedure:

  1. Combine all cayenne paste ingredients and heat for 1 minute.
  2. Coat chicken with the paste.
  3. Serve over bread and top with sliced pickles.

Makes 5 servings.
