CAULIFLOWER BACON SOUP
|| PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED, chopped
|| onion, chopped
|| large cauliflower, cut into florets
|| chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
|| MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
|| chopped parsley
Makes 4 servings.
- Sauté bacon and onion in a saucepan until onion is tender. Add cauliflower, water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Let simmer for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
- Blend mixture or mash cauliflower and pass through a sieve until smooth. Return to heat, bring to a boil then add cream and parsley. Serve hot.
