CATHEDRAL WINDOW



Ingredients:

1/4 cup unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 cups water
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1-1/2 cups MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 cup sugar
38 pc JELLYACE FRUITEEZ ASSORTED, cubed

Procedure:

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water in a bowl or saucepan. Set aside for 5 minutes then heat and melt over low fire.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream, milk and sugar. Add gelatin and JellyACE.
  3. Pour into mold or container. Chill until set then unmold.

Makes 12 servings.

 

Tip/s:

  • Use green, red and yellow prepared and cubed gulaman for more color and more firm structure and to depict the Christmas lantern (parol)
