CATHEDRAL WINDOW


Ingredients:

Crust

3 cups crushed LA PACITA GRAHAM CRACKERS
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, melted

Gelatin Mixture

1/4 cup unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 cups water
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1-1/2 cups MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 cup sugar
2 (12’s) packs JELLYACE FRUITEEZ ASSORTED, cubed

Procedure:

  1. Crust: Combine all ingredients. Press on the bottom of 3 containers.
  2. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water in a saucepan. Set aside for 5-10 minutes then heat and melt over low fire.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream, milk and sugar. Add gelatin and JellyAce cubes.
  4. Pour into containers. Chill to set.
Makes 12-15 servings.
