CATHEDRAL WINDOW


Ingredients:

Gelatin Mixture

1/4 cup unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 cups water
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1-1/2 cups MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 cup sugar
38 pc JELLYACE FRUITEEZ ASSORTED, cubed

Procedure:

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water in a saucepan. Set aside for 5-10 minutes then heat and melt over low fire.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream, milk and sugar. Add gelatin and JellyAce cubes.
  3. Pour into containers. Chill to set.

Makes 12-15 servings.
