CARROT CAKE ICE CREAM SANDWICH


Ingredients:

Mark Anthony Saguil box MAGNOLIA FAST & EASY, CARROT CAKE, prepared according to package directions
1 pint MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA

Procedure:

  1. Slice carrot cake in half and spread vanilla ice cream evenly on one side.
  2. Top with another side and freeze for 10 minutes. Slice carrot cake into bite-size square pieces and serve.

*You can also use other Magnolia Ice Cream flavors ofchoice.

Makes 4 servings.
