1 (225 g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 cup finely chopped red onions
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 cup seeded and cubed red bell peppers
1 cup green peas
200 g spiced ham
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp kasubha
4 cups cooked rice
1 tsp iodized fine salt
4 pc saba bananas, sliced and fried
1 tsp pepper


  1. Melt margarine in a wok. Sauté onions and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add bell peppers, peas and ham. Add curry powder and kasubha.
  3. Toss the cooked rice. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top rice with fried saba.
Makes 5 servings.
