CARAMEL BREAD POPCORNS


Ingredients:

3 pc sliced white bread, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
1-1/2 tbsp MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM

Procedure:

  1. In a non-stick pan over low to medium heat, toast bread until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, heat sugar and water. Stir until sugar has dissolved, and then let simmer without stirring, until golden brown in color.
  3. Add Butter-licious! and swirl around the pan until it melts.
  4. Add cream slowly and stir until thick and creamy.
  5. Add bread into the pan and toss to coat evenly with caramel. Transfer to a tray. Let cool.

Makes 2 servings

Yield: 1/4 cup caramel & 1/2 cup bread popcorns
